Customer Contact Centre (Helpdesk)

The Acivico contact centre will;

  • respond to emergency calls by arranging for contractors to attend your site
  • provide updates on repairs
  • process your requests for quotes.

As part of this service they will help you to evaluate your needs and categorise your call to determine the right level of response for the type of repair you require, for example; the highest priority orders based on known safety and security risks mean that we will attend your site within 2 hours

Acivico provide a 24 hour / 365 day service.

08.00am to 16.30pm (Monday to Thursday)
08.00am to 15.30pm (Friday)

Outside of the above hours, your call will be redirected to an emergency line or you can call directly on 0121 303 4149 including weekends and bank holidays.
