Keith is Acivico’s Lead Building Regulation Consultant for Acivico’s national partnership with Aldi Stores Ltd, working with a framework of Architects and professional consultants to ensure building regulation compliance across their property portfolio; He is also the lead on Heartlands Hospital, City & Sandwell Hospital and Good Hope Hospital Trusts. Keith is currently working on a major commercial development at Arena Central, a 2.3 million sq ft mixed-use development, including a 250-bedroom Holiday Inn Express hotel, as well as a 61-acre residential-led mixed use scheme over 1,250 dwelling units, together with 285,000 sq ft of commercial space at Park Central, Birmingham and the refurbishment of a 14-storey city-centre for West Midlands Police HQ building.

Relevant Experience

During the course of his 30-year career in the construction industry, Keith has amassed a wealth of building regulation knowledge across an extensive range of construction projects.

His comprehensive technical ability and experience has led him to play a key role in a diverse range of high-profile health, education, retail, office and other commercial projects in Birmingham and nationally, This includes the award winning new 5000-seat stand at Birmingham Alexander Stadium, a new Pathology Laboratory at Heartlands, a 7-storey hotel, Phase 1 Beorma, Park Central, projects at Jaguar Land Rover.

Keith prides himself on his team work and communication, fostering and maintaining excellent working relationships with his clients. He has a keen awareness of the commercial building control environment and adopts a practical, client-focused approach, with an emphasis on a responsive and quick turnaround of projects.
